Masovni ubojica tuži Norvešku jer mu, kaže, krši ljudska prava.

Norveški masovni ubojica, radikalni desničar Anders Behring Breivik, koji je u srpnju 2011. godine u svom krvavom pohodu ubio 77 ljudi, tužit će državu jer krši njegova ljudska prava, objavili su svjetski mediji.

Kršenje dviju odredbi Konvencije

Breivik i njegov odvjetnik Oystein Storrvik tvrde da je Norveška prekršila dvije odredbe Europske konvencije o ljudskim pravima – o zabrani neljudskog i ponižavajućeg postupanja i kažnjavanja, kao i pravo na poštivanje osobnog i obiteljskog života te korespondencije, piše Business Insider.

“Pod velikim je stresom”, objasnio je Storrvik. Na početku je “jedna od njegovih glavnih aktivnosti bila učenje, ali je sada s tim prestao a to je po meni znak da je izolacija štetna po njegovo psihičko zdravlje”.

Nakon početka suđenja 2011. godine Breivik je održan u izolaciji u luksuznoj zatvorskoj ćeliji. Po AFP-u, imao je tri prostorije: “jednu za život, jednu za učenje i čitanje te treću za vježbanje”. Imao je i TV, računalo bez pristupa internetu i igraće konzole, a mogao je i sam pripremati hranu koju je želio te prati svoje rublje.

Izolacija i kontrola korespondencije

Prigovori koje je sada uputio proizlaze iz činjenice da je bio u izolaciji – njegova je ćelija odvojena od ostalih, a rijetko je imao i posjetitelje. Također, njegova je prepiska mailom pod kontrolom i cenzurirana.

No, Breivik već ima povijest prigovaranja na uvjete života u norveškom zatvoru, koji su vjerojatno bolji od mnogih koje imaju ljudi na slobodi. Tako se žalio što nema Play Station 3, nego PS2, a smetala mu je i kvaliteta olovke kojom mu je bilo dopušteno pisati.

 

Norveški ubojica trenutno izdržava maksimalnu, 21-godišnju zatvorsku kaznu. Po njenom isteku komisija će procjenjivati je li rehabilitacija bila uspješa, a ako nije, kazna se može produžiti za po pet godina neodređeni broj puta.

Kako, primjerice, mogu izgledati uvjeti u nekom zatvoru, prilično daleko od ovih na koje se Breivik žali.
